Since 2004, Tito Fleetwood Ladd’s technical production career has propelled him from New York to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Boston, and beyond, executing productions for clients like the White House, Harvard, Forbes, 20th Century Fox, industry award shows, nationally touring theater & concert productions, and an array of celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries. Tito is also an accomplished theatrical stage director and designer with credits in New York, Los Angeles, and Shanghai.

His experience behind the curtain—crafting first-class audio-visual wizardry for A-listers during their moments in the spotlight—has honed his unparalleled technical expertise, further solidified his methodical commitment to excellence, and resulted in his tenacious determination to reimagine and elevate all aspects of A/V and technical production practices far beyond industry standards.

Initially drawn to study theater performance in college, Tito quickly discovered his true passion lives backstage, in all things lighting, audiovisual, technical design, and management. He kicked off his career in New York City as a production manager overseeing a multitude of large-scale events throughout the city, including a biannual international fashion trade show with over 600 exhibitors.

Driven by the entrepreneurial itch and a perpetual dedication to exceptional service, Tito soon launched his first business. In 2008 he formed a production labor company with offices in Los Angeles & New York operating in six major U.S. markets serving a client portfolio including UCLA, SeaWorld, the Emmy Awards, and many more.
With that business flourishing, Tito co-founded a boutique production management firm specializing in the touring of Broadway-style musicals and off-Broadway plays, including live stage adaptations of Scooby-Doo, Chuggington, and Veggie Tales, to name just a few.
Many successful years later, Tito sold both companies and was recruited into sales-focused account executive roles for major audio-visual players on both the East and West Coasts before being asked to go back on the road, touring as a lighting director & crew chief with artists like Willie Nelson, My Morning Jacket, & Jon Anderson of Yes.
Reflecting on his 360-degree amalgamation of roles within the events and entertainment industry's audiovisual, lighting, and technical production processes, Tito realized he was in a unique position to maximize efficiency and level of service on the crew side. Simultaneously, he aimed to elevate the guest experience and pass savings on to clients.
Thus, in 2020, Tito launched Moonrise Audio Visual, dedicated to delivering world-class audiovisual, lighting, and technical production services throughout the U.S. with an unrivaled commitment to excellence and unbeatable value.

Tito holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Plymouth State University. When he's not working, he can be found enjoying time with his amazing wife, Emily, and their beautiful children, Linc & Juniper—ideally, traveling to visit friends and family scattered across the country or exploring some new adventure.
